Past 24 hours, cancelling may not be possible — once an order has been processed or passed to a courier, it is out of our hands.
Requesting a Cancellation
Contact our team as soon as you decide, with your order number to hand.
We check the status of that order and confirm back to you whether it still qualifies.
Getting Your Money Back
Approved cancellations are refunded to the payment method you originally used.
Allow 7–14 business days for that money to be processed and to show in your account.
